Admission Requirements:

  1. Completed registration and contract
  2. Proof of education, i.e. high school diploma, GED, or ATB test. Ability to benefit criteria will be determined on the basis of successful completion of a nationally approved aptitude test (Wonderlic) with a cost to student of $75.00 per test

Required Paperwork:

  1. Completed registration and contract
  2. Proof of education, i.e. high school diploma, GED, or ATB test. Ability to benefit criteria will be determined on the basis of successful completion of a nationally approved aptitude test (Wonderlic) with a cost to student of $75.00 per test.
  3. $100 registration fee
  4. Completed TDLR registration form and a $25.00 registration fee.
  5. Two small front view pictures of yourself with name written on the back

*Student Instructors are required to have a cosmetology license, high school diploma or GED.

Class Schedule:
Fort Worth Beauty School, Inc. operates on a continuing basis with new students starting each Monday. Students may attend either full-time or part-time in one of the following schedules:

Day Classes:
 
Schedule 1: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. M - F
Schedule 2: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. M - F
Schedule 3: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. M - F


School Calendar

Fort Worth Beauty School, Inc. is open Monday through Friday and is closed Saturday and Sunday. We observe New Year’s Day, the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Observed holidays that fall on a school day will be taken as a holiday. Should any other school closure be necessary, a voice mail message will be left on the school answering machine.

Graduation Requirements:
 
In order to graduate from the program and receive a diploma, one must successfully complete the required number of hours as specified in the catalog and contract. All the practical applications specified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations of Cosmetology Division must be completed. In addition, each student must pass all written and practical examinations and all required mini-boards with a 70% average and satisfy all financial obligations to the school.
